All subscription charges and usage fees for KompareDocs are final. Because our digital service relies on paid third-party infrastructure and AI resources that cannot be reversed—and those providers do not return costs to us—we do not issue refunds for any amounts that have already been billed.
By activating a KompareDocs subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation timing within an active billing cycle.
Each subscription follows a 30-day billing cycle that begins on your onboarding date. Charges recur automatically every 30 days until you cancel your subscription in accordance with this policy.
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
We review requests related to billing errors or duplicate charges on a case-by-case basis. If an error is confirmed, we will correct it promptly. This process does not constitute a change to our no-refund policy for valid charges.
